1. Prophet Mohammad (SAW) Favorite Food – Barley
Barley is good for fever when used in the form of soup. It warms the heart as well as the health. Barley is low in calories, high in fiber and packed with vitamins and nutrients.
Hazrat Mohammad (SAW) said that a house without Dates has no food. It should be eaten at the time of childbirth. The benefits of Dates are so many that they can not be listed here. It heals the digestive tract, strengthen bones, helps prevent cancer etc.
Hazrat Mohammad (SAW) said that Fig is a fruit from paradise and a cure of piles.
Hazrat Mohammad (SAW) was very fond of grapes. It purifies the blood and strengthens the kidneys.

Hazrat Mohammad (SAW) said that milk wipes away heat from the heart just as the finger wipes away sweat from the brow. It strengthens the back and the brain.
Hazrat Mohammad (SAW) said the Mushroom is a very good cure for eyes. It also serves as a form of birth control and arrests paralysis.
